We dispatch items within 3 days from receipt of payment. Delivery timelines are shared in writing at the time of order confirmation, along with the transporter and docket reference.

Written commitments our customers can hold us to. Formal terms are issued with every order confirmation.
Supply Policy
We supply only genuine Lubriplate product imported directly by us. Products are never re-packed, re-labelled or blended. Batch numbers on the pack match the import documentation we can produce on request.
Returns
We do not operate a returns policy. Orders once confirmed and dispatched are not accepted back. Discrepancies or transit damage must be raised with photographs within 48 hours of receipt so we can take it up with the carrier or manufacturer.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty against defect in material and workmanship. Our liability is limited to replacement of the affected product. Application suitability is confirmed jointly before supply.
Order Fulfilment
Stocked grades ship from our warehouse. Non-stocked and bulk grades are imported to order with an indicative lead time confirmed at enquiry stage and reconfirmed at order acceptance.
Privacy
Information submitted through enquiry forms is used only to respond to your requirement and maintain your account. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
